The Villa

Each room offers comfort and elegance, in perfect Italian style, and large windows offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. All rooms are equipped with individual climate control and Wi-Fi access.
The Green Room offers a king-size bed, the Blue Room a standard double bed, and the Red Room a queen-size bed that can be split into two single beds if preferred.
On the same floor are the large red bathroom, with a bathtub and a view of the hill, and the white bathroom with a large shower.

The Attic room, on the other hand, is an entire floor with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. It also features a bathroom with a large shower and a study.

The modern induction kitchen is air-conditioned, and there are two panoramic balconies to enjoy the surrounding countryside.
Sunset is the perfect time for an aperitif, enjoyed in the comfort of the spacious living room or on the adjacent veranda, where there’s a large relaxation area with sofas.

The comfortable sofas, placed in front of the antique fireplace, are ideal for enjoying a movie with friends.
On the same floor, there is also a guest bathroom with a large shower and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The property is surrounded by a wonderful park with large trees and centuries-old olive trees, which we use to produce our beloved oil. The pool is connected to the brick gazebo, and there’s a wood-burning oven and fireplace, perfect for delicious pizzas. There’s also a relaxation area with luxurious sofas where you can cool off on hot Italian summer days.
